Chronic Nocturnal Stomach Aches

Been on CPAP for going on 7 years....I've started having stomach aches every night after about 3 hours on CPAP as well as what feel like sore kidneys when I get up in the morning...does anyone know if this can be related to CPAP use? Thanks!
