Heh, most people want to know if you MUST sleep on your back, or how you can avoid sleeping ONLY on your back! Now we have a guy who actually WANTS to sleep on his back. :-)

As BB says, yes you can sleep on your back if you want. I do it from time to time. I also sleep in virtually any other position with the Breeze. The hose does not go down the back of your head, although they persist in publishing pics that make it look that way.

I have been using the Breeze for around 2 years and have not noticed any change in my nose size or shape. What's with this guy, he a model?
