Thanks for the feedback. I had terrible leaks at first until I got the second swivel (at the CPAP end of the short hose). I also learned to hang the hose over the window curtain rod so it descended to my face rather than come from below or the side. It has been working fine until just a few weeks ago. It also sometimes takes a a little experimenting until the pillows are at exactly the proper angle to each other...
I think I'll go ahead and try a set of the large pillows . . .
