I had the same problem with my new higher pressure. I found that if I listened to a relaxing tape of music ( Yanni did it for me) when I first went to bed, I just laid in bed an listened to the music or a medication tape (I used that also) and relaxed. I fell a sleep with the head phones on, but who cares if I did not have that pain in my stomach. That was a year ago and to this day I still have a little relaxing time before I fall off to sleep. I have tape player that has an auto cut off at end of the tape. I even took the tape & player with me to my last sleep study, no one had a problem with me using it.
Good luck , I know of the pain.
Good ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz Ann
