You have the right attitude. It does take some of us more time than others to recover. Think of how long your body has been terribly abused by our affliction. It can take more than a few days to catch up - in my case it took some ups and downs over about three months.

You can give yourself some encouragement by looking for small improvements even you do not feel "great" yet. For example even if you wake up, do you get up as often as you may have before, night sweats, blood pressure improvement? I found that I was tired after getting off work, and sometimes even going to work - just not drop dead sleepy like I was before CPAP. There is a difference between tired and sleepy.

Think about some of the "little" things you some see progress ever how slow it may seem. Do not give up - keep your determination - good luck.
