If you are using same pillows you started out with a year ago they might have hardened up a little. Even though I try to clean mine every day or so with warm soapy water, mine finally got too stiff to stop leaks at the 365 day mark and I just called my DME for new pillows. She said the insurance company would have replaced them at six months if I had asked.

Also, my head gear shifts and loosens from time to time, so I have to make adjustments, especially after I've just washed that in warm soapy and air dried. If you haven't tightened or adjusted recently you might want to do so.
