maybe if you visit the sleep mall you can identify what type(s) of mask you have by cruising though the vendor's wares. Then people with experience with those specific masks can post some tips.

From what I've heard there is no rational standardization between brands of the size labels on masks. Since the mask opening has to adapt to the length, depth and breadth of the nose, as well as the curvature of cheeks and brow - I don't know how they decide which measurement makes it a 'large' or 'small'.
