Hi,
It took me about 3-4 months before I really began to feel the true benefits of CPAP. I had a lot of problems with masks and sore nose bridge, bloating, etc. and after many many frustrating days it all came together. Hang tough, it does get better and when you finely sleep like all others, who take a good nights sleep for granted, you will feel great.
