Hello CPAPED OUT

There are many variables with CPAP success, as others have noted. And, it is like so many things we do in life, it can take some time and practice, trial and error. Remember your first driving lesson? First go at a bicycle? First ... Yes, I think we will stop here.

One suggestion I will add to the others already made (mask, heated humidifer) is a suggestion you review your pre-bed activities. Any tea or coffee drinking? Do you take your worries, or even excitements, to bed? I know that both of these can cause me to wake up after a few hours.

Just keep trying. You will get there.

Rob
