As far as the Profile Lite, I bought one and custom fitted it to me using their procedure but had trouble with it causing irritation to my nose. I developed quite a sore spot and couldn't adjust away from it. I went back to my Mirage and have stayed there. Finding a mask that fits, doesn't leak and is comfortable is a very individual thing so you will probably have to go through some trial and error. See if your DME will let you try different ones without charging you for each. Good luck.
