If the public hospital personnel are being trained and supervised by Johns Hopkins, that's a different matter. (I ended up at Hopkins, finally getting the proper diagnosis to override the fiasco at a hospital in DC.) But, I was replying based on the experience Robert. He hasn't seen the doctor yet, but the tech piped up with the opinion that "he thinks" it's insomnia.
