Hi Granniemar - I have a Profile Lite and an Ultra Mirage. I switch back and forth between them because I love to sleep on my side and the Profile Lite will allow me to do that but after a few days I get a sore under my nose (because I've pulled it so tight) and I go back to the Ultra Mirage, which I can only get to work when I sleep on my back. Sigh. You really do want to do the hot water fitting as directed with the Profile Lite to use that one. I wish I could find a mask that REALLY worked for me - but don't we all. This switch off system is the best I've found for my face. Good luck. Oh, yes - be sure and wash your face and mask rim every night before you use it so the mask won't slip on skin oil. Sometimes I have to get up after 5 or 6 hours and re-cleanse so the mask doesn't whiffle and blaaatt as it loses air.
