Counterpoint
Beta testing is performed by a Mfr to test the likelihood of success of a new potential product. As such, I would think that the more people involved in the test, the greater the Mfr's success rate. This product is not the first of its kind, however if it improves the patient compliance, then it is to the advantage of all to be aware of its existence. The author of the information did not divulge to design, so it is still a "secret" with a description.
