Thanks for the advice - I don't seem to have an extension pipe on my mask. I did try loosing the straps as much as possible last night but I then kept waking up with air leaks and still had a sore nose this morning. I really need to sort this out because I feel so much better with the CPAP but my nose is getting sorer and sorer. Any other advice ? What are these nose cushions like ?
