Talk to the doc about heated humidifier. I'm now going for replacement & my ent retired ...new doc is saying (through his nurse) that he won't prescribe heated humidifier because I "don't need one" (he's only seen me once) I have appt Tuesday and will state my case. After 2 years on cpap @ 13 & now 15, I would say that other than warm summer, it would be unbearable without humidifier - I've forgotten to turn heat on only a few times & paid with headache in the am. Good luck
