Most CPAP machines will run off of 12VDC or 24VDC. You will need the appropriate connections for the machine and to the battery. If you need a heated humidifier, you will need an inverter (Changes 12VDC to 120VAC). Some machines and some humidifiers will require a "True sine wave" inverter instead of a "Modified sine wave" inverter.

Deep cycle marine batteries are recommended as deep cycling of auto batteries will cause them to fail after a few cycles. Be sure to check you machine/humidifier power requirements and the capacity of your battery to get your hours of useage per charge. You can use jumper cables from your car to re-charge your battery while your car runs.
