I tried a Silent Nite which is one of the cheaper ones and at least 3 dentists I know have patients that this worked for. The price should not be over $500 I got mine for $200 and the other dentist that did a appliance for me said he could no do it that cheap.

The first dentist is a regular dentist and the dentist who did a appliance that is adjustable but adjustable only by him (there are some that you can adjust) works and teaches at a dentist school.

The TAP which might cost between $1,000 and $2,000 had helped some but I would probably go with the Silent Nite if you are strapped for cash as I was told if it is going to work it should help a little.
