Yes taking the supplement can make OSA worse, however I would recommend taking it anyway. You can still treat the OSA, even with the testosterone. It may be a little worse, but the cpap machine dosen't care. It may have to be set slightly higher.
Your endrocronologist will hopefully know best.
At least about the testosterone, Stick to the sleep doc on the OSA.
