We tried a gentle 15 minute tape called AM/PM Yoga ... 15 minutes each - adaptations for beginners and I guarantee that it won't turn you into a pretzel.

Available at warehouse clubs, online etc. I'm recovering from septoplasty & can't do it for several days .... I miss the stretch
