I have used a Herbst device for about 1-1/2 years. It works somewhat; however, drainage pools in my throat and wakes me up to dispose of it. I mouth breathe and my mouth is sooo dry in the mornings. I am waiting for my sleep report, and it may be back to CPAP for me. I have heard of people for whom a "Snore Guard" has worked.
