Generally, the sneezing and runny nose problems you describe are treated with a heated humidifier, but you are already using one. Is the thermostat turned up as far as it will go without causing "rainout"?

The most common nasal sprays prescribed for these conditions are not the ones you mentioned, but are Flonase, Rhinocort, and Nasonex topical steroid sprays. You might ask your doc about them.

Finally, you may have developed nasal polyps like I did, which needed surgical removal. Symptoms are extreme nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing. Sometimes it takes a sharp eye to diagnose this problem -- I got past four doctors before I got correctly diagnosed. An ENT who specializes in sinus treatments would be the doctor to visit for this. Be sure you get someone who specializes in sinuses, not ears, throat, etc. There's a difference.
