I have been a stomach sleeper my whole life and still have apnea events while lying flat on my stomach. Somehow the jaw line and tongue still manage to slack backwards to close the throat.
But evereyone is different. I hope that you can rectify your situation by simply sleeping on your stomach! But be careful. So much happens to you while you are in that deep sleep. have just been diagnosed with OSA alittle over a week ago and have probably had it for years.
