A dentist has to measure your mouth and send away for it. My dentist only charged me $180 and the other dentist said that my dentist did not charge labor and he would have to charge $500.

I would search on the internet for local dentists and call around. There are bound to be some who have done this and you can find a price that might more meet your needs.
