I slept last night with a make-shift chin strap. A 4" wide ace bandage to hold my jaw line in place. And it worked! It was my slacking jaw that was closing my throat.I slept, for the first time in many years, through the entire night. The CPAP did it's job, and I woke rested and happy!
I think I may try it tonight without the CPAP on to see if it was just my jaw slacking that was the problem.
