Kevin - My Dr. warned me in advance that I could experience the morning "hang-over" that you describe. I guess I'm lucky we found something that works for me on the first try. I also hate taking medication, but I don't get REM or Delta wave without it. For the first time in many years, I'm getting quality sleep and I'm feeling really good. I'm just hoping that it continues to work until someone finds a permanent cure for this problem.
