I love this site since we have the chance to compare notes on how are physician treatments vary, etc. Did he say the trazodone actually gets you the REM sleep you need or is it cpap, in combination with the trazadone? In my case, the cpap gets me the REM but aggravates my PLM in the process. The trazadone is supposed to slow down the PLM. I though about trying trazadone without the cpap, but previous info I read seems to indicate that it would only aggravate the apnea if used without the machine. Much like computers, the whole thing is like a giant riddle we can never figure out!!
