Major Meltdown and other athletic anomalies

Posted by Kevint53 on January 17, 1999 at 22:10:50:

I have been diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and am using cpap now for 21/2 Months...I was playing some full court hoops the other night...I felt pretty good wind wise tearing up and the court with those young 30 somethings and then during the second game, I had some sort of brain freeze and felt like I had to go take a nap or something...I kept playing but felt the potatoe head the rest of the night and started to feel like my balance was a little out of whack..I went home and fell asleep in my chair...anybody else have a meltdown like that...I took some hard falls last season, before I had the sleep test...can the symptoms hit that suddenly? I just got my heated humidifier which helps my sinuses....but still no consistent releif from the "Potatoe Head" syndrome...I had 2 great weeks a while back but relapsed and never returned to form.....I wonder if Michael Jordan sponsors a cpap too.......LOL
