Best of Luck Mark. I went through just the UPPP part on 17 Dec 98 and I have felt great since. I think that it may have worked. I wrote some notes about what helped and what did not that you may want to look at. You can find them under the heading UPPP May Have Worked. The posting was done on 5 Jan 99.
