Ultrasound treatment

My cardiologist is referring me to an ENT for treatment or surgical intervention of my obstructive sleep apnea. I've heard that an ultrasound procedure has been successful. Where can I learn more about this? Where is the procedure being done? What qualities should I be looking for in evaluating this?
