i am tired again

hello apnea world i just found this sight recently and it has been a big help.i was diagnosed with severe osa a year and a half ago i use a healthdyne tranquility quest cpap and monarch mini mask it worked really well for awhile i felt like a teenager again with loads of energy but now its not working i use it every single night i had gastric bypass in june of 98 and have lost 80lbs i am hoping(praying)THAT MY machine just needs adjusting again i have gone from 13 to 10 pressure i am also considering somnoplasty in fact i go to my primary care doctor tomorrow to see if i caN GET A REFERAL I AM SO TIRED OF BEING TIRED I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO WORK TODAY BUT I WOKE UP MORE TIRED THAN WHEN I WENT TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT AND I HAVE A SEVERE HEADACHE DOES ANY ONE ELSE GO THRU THIS FEELING GREAT AND THEN FEELING DEAD AGAIN WHAT DID YOU DO OR WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF IT THANKS FOR BEING THERE CATHY
