There have been some very ingenious methods of securing the hose overhead written in these forums. One of the more popular (and simple) methods involves screwing a large cup hook in the wall, about 2 feet above your head, and then using a small bungee cord to hold the hose in a loop to the hook. I have used a strip of double-stick tape (mirror-hanging tape) to secure a piece of velcro to the wall, and then loop it around the air hose to keep it in place. I also have two large rubber bands securing the hose to one of the posts on my bed. Basically, anything you can do to get the hose to hang from overhead will really improve your ability to sleep on your side, and not have to worry about getting "tangled" in the hose or have the mask slip off. You may want to scan these forums for other ideas. Search for words such as "hose", "bungee", and "hook". Good Luck.
