I could nt sleep, I would lay awake looking at the ceiling till 3 or 4 in the morning. and then wake up around 6or 7 feeling almost exhausted I was almost a walking zombie. If I did sleep I would get terrible nightmares waking up terrified and not able to sleep. I have slept like a baby for the last 8 years
