Check out this website. I found that the FAQ's really helpful and there is a questionnaire in there that was extremely eye-opening to me. I have been tired for so many years, I thought alot of what I was feeling was natural. The questionnarie showed that I scored high on the "sleepiness" scale and guess what? I have sleep apnea. Obviously, you have to talk this over with a doctor, but it certainly doesn't hurt to be well-informed. Good luck! www:newtechpub.com/phantom
