I started on nose pillows too. I could not adjust to them. To keep a tight seal I needed to jam them high into my head and pull the straps hard. this caused my nasla passages to be red and sore.
I have since switched to a mask (standard Apria issue) and I find it easier to sleep
with the mask. Less irritation and a better seal. I still need a humidifer because I seem to be sensitive to cold air, but I won't go back to the pillows. I have learned alot by reading this thread and find encouragement here.
