Comment on the nasal pillows, you might want to try large Diane. I tried small, then medium, and now going to large, Joe at who is a supplier says most people use large, my supplier says different, but Joe has been in business for 9 years and has apnea and my supplier 4 years and had to read directions on putting mask together.
