Hi...I've had this problem for the past year and without some kind of covering my nose is a mess. Just figured it was a sensitivity or alergy to the materials. This is what I have done and it is also a pain, but you adapt. I made a little cover for the nasal pillow area, it covers the neophrene area and just slits for the pillows to pop thru. I started with many materials and ended up with fleece working real well for awhile...then had to go back to tshrt...tonight I am back to fleece. I also use 1% cortizone cream on the skin under the nose before I hook up. Just pin it on bothe sides with little safetys after your tips are in the slits...I don't wash the material...the cortizone builds up...maybe weekly or 2 if it feels stiff. Hope you get some relief
