Thanks... nobody at the DME's office ever really showed me how to adjust or set up the Breeze, I just sort of had to wing it. Now I'm wondering if maybe I need to readjust it. The thing about having the nasal shell parallel to your nose was news to me, mine has usually been almost perpendiculr -- I guess that could explain a lot of the chafing!
