Daytime oxygen levels ?

Posted by Fog on August 30, 2001 at 06:55:58:

Soon after awakening, my oxygen levels are in the 93-95 range. I know this is above that magic number of 89 at which most machines sound an alarm and I know that it is below the 98-100 level that is optimal, but how bad is being in the low 90s all day long?
Do other people on this forum also use an oximeter from time to time during the day?
