In theory you could set up a single CPAP to deliver 9 cm to two masks simulaneously, but in practice it wouldn't be feasable. The problem is that CPAP pressures are dynamic and not static. Its not as simple as doubling the pressure to 18 and running a Y adapter. Unless of course you and your mate can synchronize your breathing perfectly.

However, there are certain BiLevel PAPs that have 2 seperate blowers for EPAP and IPAP. It would be possible to adapt this type of machine. BUT -- this would of course void all warranties, and release the manufacturer from all liability.
