Dansings:

I know that Qantas allows use of CPAP onboard aircraft, but you have to get clearance from their medical desk at least several weeks ahead of time because they need info from your doctor. In order to determine if your airline has capability of accommodating the CPAP, call and ask to speak to someone who can help you with a medical issue. They will be able to tell you what you need to do.

Good luck and happy traveling!
