Most airlines do not allow inflight use, but a few do. You need to check with your specific carrier. The airline cabin is not pressurized to ground level, and the low cabin pressure will make the CPAP significantly less effective even if you do use it inflight.

You will be nearly sitting up to sleep and in many people sitting up reduces the apnea symptoms. I have flown all over the world without CPAP and lived to tell the tale. Do not worry about it and enjoy the trip - make it up when you are back on the ground. Frankly with the food, movies and the excitement of the trip you will not be inclined to sleep as much as you might think.
