I started coughing my pre-CPAP cough today, probably from breathing the crap in the air. The buliding that I was in advised us that they were able to keep the indoor air significantly cleaner than the outside air, and that we should not go in the street. I left at noon, after the air had significantly cleared up outside. However, it was still pretty bad. It looked like gray snow had fallen. The trip home usually takes me one hour, today it took 4.5 hours.
