about feeling in my throat

can this feeling of something being stuck in my throat be from using humidifier? I saw endo, he did a scope saw nothing, I had swallow test saw nothing wrong, lastnight went to bed had that feeling and had to get up choking and had to go throw up, alot of flem
I did not use cpap last night.can this be from the humidifier ,please help .the humidifier is not heated,could it be the setting is to low? or what ?
