Been through a few pressure adjustments and I always hope the new setting would be instant magic. It seems to take me awhile to settle in but if I am down and out for more than a month, I call the Doctor. Once the pressure adjustment was so bad I only waited one week. (I could not get out of bed, felt really depressed, and retained alot of water that week) Pay attention to physical and mental signs. (I know that is hard when you are tired....)
