I have just contacted my DME to request a letter from the head doc at my local sleep clinic, referencing the FAA regs and the necessity for the CPAP equipment. I am also planning to copy and put in the carry-on copies of the manuals, etc. so the airport security people can more clearly understand the situation for OSA patients.
