First, don't get frustrated and give up. I and everyone else on this forum will help all we can. You are not alone and believe me when I say we have all been through the same feelings you are expressing here today. If your doctor really feels the pressure needs to be increased then try that. But with doing that, get him/her to write a rx for a heated humidifier. RENT it for one month. I think you will see the difference. Also, go back to our original posts and read the message I left. See if it makes sense. I have included my email address on this post only if you feel the need to contact me directly.

And hey, hang in there. Right now this is still new, you are frustrated and not feeling good. I'll do everything I can and with the other members of this forum, you'll get through this and feel much better.
