You may be having a rebound (sleep debt)effect from your treatment. My first few days on CPAP and I felt really great - the best in years. Then I slipped into a really difficult period that lasted about six weeks. That included a couple of really bad sleepy driving episodes. My sleep doctor say give it some time, and he was right. Apparently I paid back my sleep dept and I have been fine since.

It would not seem likely that 7 is too high a pressure, it probably is rather low for most of us hose heads. Aside from sleepy look at your other symptoms and see if they have been eliminated. If so, then you may have to wait out your pay back time - if not then you may need a pressure adjustment. Keep up the struggle - it is worth it, and you will come out the other side.
