Pam C. has said exactly what I would have said. By me, as we say here in New Jersey, I had no snoring problem at all, but others would argue with that statement.

I'd also like to point out that sheer volume of snoring has little to do with any measure of sleep apnea. Loud snoring is one of several symptoms, but it is not necessary to be a loud snorer to have sleep apnea. And the worse snorers do not necessarily have the worse cases of sleep apnea. In fact, some people with severe sleep apnea may snore little or not at all. Stopping breathing is usually much more significant, along with waking up again and again.

I think there is much confusion among OSA sufferers about this issue, as witness the many phoney snore-endz type products.
