I've used both and I actually find the ADAMS circuit slightly more comfortable. But I now use the Breeze because it is so easy to care for and there is less gear wrapped around my head and face. But each is effective and comfortable (more so for me than my original Mirage mask).

Give the ADAM circuit a chance. I am sure you will continue to like it. Make sure you have it set up properly per my previous posts and per the detailed diagrams at www.cpapman.com.

CPAP masks aren't fashion items. Find one you like and stick with it! I wore my ADAM circuit with the Conjo custom headgear for around a year and only tried the Breeze when I decided I needed a backup when a part on the ADAM circuit broke (the angle adaptor split). I ordered a replacement part and a Breeze the same day, and I liked the Breeze. But I've gone back from time to time to the ADAM circuit for various reasons.

The ADAM circuit is stronger than the Breeze and will last longer, but you have to wash the headgear more often. The Breeze is made of steel and plastic so a quick wipe will do it.
