NEW TO GROUP AND HAVE A QUESTION

Posted by J.P. on September 26, 2001 at 02:52:43:

I have been on bi-pap for about 10 days now. Although I feel much better and stay awake all day I have noticed that I awake with a very sore back and with sore teeth. I have always slept with my mouth open at night(as I have always been a mouth breather) but now I am learning to sleep with it shut because I use nasal pillows. My fiancee thinks my back pain may be because I lay in one position so long now whereas before I always moved around because I couldn't breathe. I thought I might be grinding my teeth but someone else said that would make my jaw sore and that's not a problem. Anyone have suggestions on either of these things.
